Who can use this?
SaladStop! and Heybo customers. If you reached this page from SaladStop! or Heybo, it is meant for you. There is nothing to prove and no eligibility check at checkout.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Your $50 is applied automatically when you book from this page, and you will see it as its own line in the order summary before you pay. There is no code to type. If it is not showing at checkout, come back through this page rather than paying, and let us know at hello@protocolhealth.sg.
What exactly will I be charged?
$599 a year before GST, which is $652.91 payable today with GST at 9%. That is $50 off the $649 public price, which is also quoted before GST. Any optional add-ons you choose are charged separately and at full price, on top of that.
What happens after the first year?
Your rate covers your first year. After that the membership renews annually at the standard $649 before GST, and we will email you before that happens. You can cancel any time from your dashboard, and cancelling does not affect the results or records you already have.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Fast for 8 to 10 hours before your appointment. Plain water is fine, and drink plenty of it. Take your medications as usual unless your doctor has told you otherwise, and skip supplements that morning. Our team sends you everything you need when you book.
How long does it take, and what do you collect?
Twenty minutes. We take a blood sample, check your blood pressure, and measure body composition on a clinical grade scale. You are also given containers for urine and stool. If you can provide both on the day, that is ideal. If not, take the containers home and we arrange a courier pickup.
When do I get my results?
Within 24 to 48 hours. You are notified as soon as they land in your dashboard, and you can then book your doctor review and your health coach session, in clinic or by video.
What is included, and what costs extra?
Your rate covers the full 100+ marker panel, body composition on InBody, your doctor reviews, your health coach sessions, the six month retest on anything flagged, and your dashboard. Optional extras such as gut health, cancer screening, cervical screening and imaging are charged separately and at full price, because your rate applies to the Core Health Test itself.
Can I add other tests?
Yes. Gut health, cancer screening, cervical screening and imaging can be added to the same appointment and, where possible, run from the same sample. You can pick these on the next step, and they are charged separately from your screening.
Is PROTOCOL a licensed and regulated provider?
Yes. Our physicians are licensed by the Singapore Medical Council, the clinic is regulated by the Ministry of Health under licence R/24M1418/MDS/001/242, and any medications we prescribe are HSA regulated. All testing runs through accredited laboratory partners.
