FAQ

The questions HR asks first.

Is there a minimum number of employees?
No. We work with teams of any size, and the setup is the same whether you are enrolling five people or five hundred.
How do we pay?
Two ways, whichever suits your benefits setup. Your company can pay for the programme on a single invoice. Or we set up a dedicated booking page for your team at an agreed price, where each employee books and pays, then claims it back from their wellness allowance or insurance.
Can we use our corporate insurance or flexible benefits budget?
Yes, many companies do. We are not on insurer direct billing panels, so employees book with us and claim from their screening allowance. Every visit comes with a fully itemised invoice and receipt with everything an insurer needs, and claims are typically straightforward. PROTOCOL sits outside MediSave and government screening subsidies.
What do we receive as an employer?
Participation and completion numbers, so you can see how the programme is landing. Above an agreed headcount, we also share an anonymised summary of the health themes across your team. You never see an individual result, or anything that could identify one person.
Do you come to our office, or does the team come to you?
Both. Most teams come to our clinic at 71 Robinson Road, in the CBD, twenty minutes each and often before work. For larger groups we can arrange blood draws at your office.
How long do results take?
Most results are ready within two working days. Employees are notified as soon as results land in their dashboard and can book their doctor review straight away.
Is PROTOCOL licensed?
Yes. Protocol Health Pte. Ltd. holds MOH licence R/24M1418/MDS/001/242. Our physicians are registered with the Singapore Medical Council and all testing runs through accredited laboratory partners.
